  I don't know what this guy is talking about. Been shopping there for at leastb10 or 15 years, never had any issues.

  Frankly, I could put a good estimate, but .... The choice of jackets is not bad, but the service is terrible. Two madam from the Soviet Union are trying to sell anything, just to sell. In this there is nothing wrong, only HOW they do it - unprofessional, communicate familiarly and unceremoniously. After I tried a few suits and told them that I need to think these sellers started to frankly rude to me. I left, but after a few hours I returned, because I decided what I wanted to buy. The sellers immediately apologized for referring to their bad mood. I told them Ok. In the process of buying, the conflict erupted again, as these sellers raised my question about giving me a discount if I took a few jackets. In response, they answered me with a rude refusal. I asked them - how do you manage to sell something with such a service? ATTENTION!! The answer is we do not care. We are only sellers. That's the whole conversation "In general and the whole store deserves much better sellers as the assortment is quite good. Good luck to all! Откровенно говоря я мог бы поставить неплохую оценку, но .... Выбор пиджаков неплохой, но обслуживание ужасное. Две мадам из советского союза пытаются продать что угодно, только бы продать. В этом ничего плохого нет, вот только КАК они это делают - непрофессионально, общаются фамильярно и бесцеремонно. После того как я померил несколько костюмов и сказал им, что мне нужно подумать эти продавцы начали откровенно хамить мне. Я ушёл, но спустя несколько часов вернулся, так как решил что именно я хочу купить. Продавцы сразу же извинились сославшись на своё плохое настроение. Я сказал им Ок. В процессе покупки опять разгорелся конфликт так как эти продавцы на мой вопрос о предоставлении мне скидки, если я возьму несколько пиджаков. В ответ на это мне ответили грубым отказом. Я спросил у них - как вам удаётся продавать что то с таким обслуживанием? ВНИМАНИЕ !! Ответ - нам все равно. Мы только продавцы. Вот и весь разговор😊 Вообщем и целом магазин заслуживает лучших продавцов, так как ассортимент неплохой. Всем удачи!
