::Came her by chance while waiting for a tow truck. I had the chicken parmigiana. The bread, marinara sauce, basil and mozzarella were all fresh and tasty. Great price for the quality of food.

::Visited the cafe later on a Saturday night for dessert and coffee. I have a few other places in the area we frequent, but I have passed Made In Italy while driving and wanted to give it a try. The first item I wanted to select from the window was in a refrigerator case that had a fly inside, so I made another selection (something round with chocolate on the outside). The presentation of my selected dessert was very nice, placed on a plate with swirls of some sweet sauce and dusted with cocoa powder. Unfortunately, the dessert did not taste fresh (tasted like refrigerator) and did not have any recognizable flavor (such as chocolate, hazelnut, or vanilla) or recognizable consistency (such as the smoothness of a mouse or ganache). It was hard, cold, white on the inside, and very sweet. When ordering the cappuccinos, I specifically ordered them to have more coffee than milk. The cappuccino was delivered with more milk than coffee. However, the waitress did go back to the barista and brought some additional espresso to add. While eating, two fruit flies swarmed around my dessert. While the presentation of the dessert was nice and the server and staff was friendly, I would not return.

::My cousin took me here for a cappuccino, and I really love it! They have excellent pastries, too, and some interesting Italian grocery items. It is bright and well lighted, very comfortable, and a great place to hang out. I like that they are open late, too. GREAT alternative to Starbucks and a great way to support local businesses while having a great time!
