  Emily the GM does a fantastic job instructing and managing the facility and its operations. Is very clean and friendly. I get a lot out of the workouts

  The instructor was extremely welcoming, as were the other participants in the class. The workout was great as well! I do crossfit as my main form of working out so this is a great supplement to that!

  I can't say enough good things about this gym. Trainers and owners that know you, will correct your form to keep you safe, and push you when you need to be pushed. The workouts are always challenging, and the gym is always SO clean. Just do the 10 days for $10 and you will see for yourself!

  Been a member at MAD for over 2 years now, and it still continues to challenge me day in and day out. I've done it all when it comes to group fitness, and this is as good and unique as a program gets. With amazing trainers to encourage, correct you, and keep you safe along the way.
