  Terrible service.. menu had happy hours and they didn’t honor the price .. pizza was burnt and they don’t carry crushed pepper for pizza! Last visit, adios Mad46!!

  Very cool rooftop bar on top of the Roosevelt hotel on 45 and Madison. Frequented by a trendy, good looking midtown crowd. Good and drinks are decent, but that not why you'd go there.

  1st visit to NYC and was staying in the Roosevelt. 2 other ladies and myself wanted to check out the bar. We followed a New Yorker up the elevator to the bar where 2 men were being served drinks. it's 457pm a prick guy comes and tells us we have to leave the bar doesn't open till 5pm and escorts us all to the lobby not even giving the men their credit card back. Never Went Back 3 min later at 5 and n3ver never will!!!!

  Love the place. Their cocktails are really good and the staff are very nice. Asked how we were and made sure we had a good time
