  MadMat Yoga is an amazing place with amazing people. The opportunity for genuine honest connections are rare but the one-on-one body work, meditation and group classes are profound. Highly recommended! 10 Stars!

  Madelana Ferrara, is a private yoga instructor located in Caldwell, New Jersey and I have to say that I absolutely love her! She offers heartfelt personal yoga training and I have deep respect for her as a person and for her insights into day to day living through spiritual knowledge. Madelana is very knowledgeable and offers personal yoga training in a relaxed private environment. Her personal support is different than a yoga studio but it allows you to deepen your mind & body connect for a more stress-free life. If you are interested in a personal yoga service near Montclair or in Caldwell, NJ then Mad Mat Yoga by Madelana is for you. If you are looking to hire a consultant for business sessions at corporate locations you might consider her service as well. PROS: Personal support, 1-on-1 support for you or a small group, deepening yoga practice CONS that are kinda pros: Not a yoga traditional yoga studio Personally, after practicing yoga in India in the foothills of the Himalayan mountains practicing yoga directly from a swami I feel that yoga studios are more of a "fad" yoga. A person like Maddi can show you a more authentic version because she is a professional who "gets it" (yoga-wise...) Highly recommended! 10 Out Of 10!
