  DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM MACYS! I purchased a Stearns and Foster Estate Mattress Set for $1600 which broke only after a month of having it. After 2 months of trying to schedule an appointment with the ridiculously unorganized furniture inspection company they use. I finally had it inspected and it was deemed as failing which through my warranty gave me a trade in or full refund option. I opted for a refund after all of the waiting and bad service. I did not trust dealing with them again. An I was right not to because 4 weeks later!!!!!!!!!!! I’m still awaiting my refund. So incredibly frustrated with Macy’s Furniture.
