  Great place. Im sure you can find likewise items a little cheaper at other stores. But I've been going here forever. If you catch a good sale .. Thats when you can make out good

  I had a very bad experience with Debra Ann Dzanis who was extremely rude and nasty to me since I had to change my order. Cancelled my order with her and ordered something else with another associate and she called me several times and when I answered she yelled at me for doing so! Thankfully John Neves helped me with a new purchase and was professional and polite. He earns a 5 star! But Debra needs to be fired! If you go to this furniture store location, ask for John he will be happy to help you and won't call and yell at you! Thank you John!

  Debbie is the most annoying sales rep I've ever encountered in my life. From the second I walked into the store she was overbearring. I went in to Macy's to look for a sofa and I couldn't sit on ONE single sofa without hearing her terrible sales pitch. I had to tell her to back off and even after she was still following me around the store like a stalker. Everytime I turned around bam she was there. I even tried to take pics of the sofa tags so I could read the reviews online and she kept blocking my way!! I cannot stand pushy desperate sales people and for this reason I will not be making any purchases here.

  Almost everything is overpriced and the sales staff vacillate between ignorance & indifference when it comes to providing answers to questions or friendly & knowledgeable service. Although I eventually bought a table, the process was torturous. I won't return to this store.

  Big showroom and nice staff. Found what we were looking for but even on sale it was not cheap. We are pleased with our purchase and it is quality furniture.
