  The shoe department is a circus I spent 2 hours trying to get a pair of shoes including the time I had to drive to a different Macy’s because they only had one shoe from the pair I wanted. Either they’re understaffed or have a terrible system but Chris was an excellent help and completely patient considering all the craziness.

  I always love Macy's! When I need something to wear to an event this is my " go to " place. So many brands and choices with great sales.

  While back I ordered lots of blouses online but some didn’t fit and in the past they scan the top & give me credit. The sales lady scanned a few & only gave me a penny I should called the manager up there but instead I’m so disappointed in Macy’s for this. Because if I’m not going to get what I paid for it I would have kept the blouses gave them away as a Christmas present. But I will assure you I will tell everyone I know how crook it this was.

  Absolutely love their Style and Co. Brand jeans. They are soooo comfortable. There was a fabulous sale on them and I got two pair for under$30 (including tax!)

  Macy's is my go to department store for makeup. I really like the different kinds of makeup they have and the ladies that work there are super nice and helpful. I also like the shoe department however they are frequently out of size 71/2 & 8. Oh and there return is great because there is no time limit as to when you must return by.
