  Never been to the Macys Backstage Outlet but its awesome...Love it!! I could get lost in there.

  Great customer service. Cannot ask more from Abeer. She is patient and professional when helping me with my large order. Also a big respect to Merry who leading like a boss when many customers waiting for help. Good job guys.

  I also do recommend coming here because it is well organized and I would always love to come here just to walk around and buy products if you are interested in any. I really do recommend it though.

  Excellent customer service! Rita, the associate in linens took time to show me products that I was interested in. When one particular item I wanted was not there she checked inventory at other stores and located what I wanted in addition to the items I found in her Department. Then she offered me opportunity to try Amex credit card application. And offered to help with phone orders, amazing customer service.
