  It is so much better now that is only 3 floors. Everything is laid out very nicely. The new cosmetics area looks great. I can't wait to see what they work on next. The original art deco feel is still there.

  What a neighborhood gem with amazing service. Struggling to find stylish but comfortable shoes for my trip to Asia, I visited the store the first time. The store manager Loretta, listened to my needs and fitted me with couple pairs of super cute shoes. I love them and they were great on the trip. I will be back soon!

  I love the downtown Macy's. It always has good deals and everyone works here goes above and beyond to help you. The building is relatively old but the store is well maintained. I can't think of any reason to do online shopping when I have such a wonderful place to shop for my clothing and beauty products.

  Great value for your money. Designer brands at good discounts during the current VIP sale and when marked down. Experienced and friendly sales associates with good product knowledge. Downtown store is undergoing renovation. Eager to see the results.

  I like this store. This is comparable to the lifestyle stores in India. They have a huge collection in every range. Generally had a good experience with the staff. They are friendly and approachable. I'm not sure if this place has a parking lot available. This location is very difficult to find a parking spot. I always prefer walking down to this store instead of driving.
