  Great place to buy stuff... My checked in baggage didn't reach US and I had to so some quick shopping. Macy's was my one stop shop to pick up shirts, trousers, shoes... All at a great price and decent quality.

  Since my recent move to Franklin Park in April and my 3 Macy’s visits since early May, I have gone out of my way to drive to the Menlo Park Macy’s because of Rich and John in the Men’s Suit Department. Both are knowledgeable, helpful and go above the call to make sure I look good while working within my budget. To top it off, they even utilize their sense of humor, which is not always the case elsewhere in the retail industry. Great job guys!

  Grew up shopping at the Menlo Macy's and moved away 3 years ago. I'm here to visit and it's still going on strong with wide variety brand and inventories. It's also very clean and professional. The whole mall is up to date with new stores and very beautiful atmosphere..it's too bad I do not reside in NJ anymore.

  Macy's is Macy's. I like the quality of products and service. Not a big fan of their Macy's money similar to Kolh's cash which affects the Macy's brand in my opinion. Good return policy. Three floors of products. Everything you need is there. They even have their own Starbucks. They are an anchor store at one end and Nordstrom at the other end. Plenty of parking spaces. Prices are reasonable.
