  I love Macy's. However dressed in workout clothes the sales people would not acknowledge me as readily as they would wear I in work clothes. A little bit disappointing.

  Very inconsistent. Usually not enough help on the floor and I've witnessed customers coming from other levels (3rd floor to 2nd) just to find someone to ring up a purchase. Great markdowns but if there's no associate to take your money, its not much of s bargain.

  Has a wide selection of products. I was able to buy what I needed for my house and the clothes that I like. This store is neat and clean. Excellent job to the friendly and helpful staff!

  Recently bought a suit the first woman that helped was not helpful at all, but a man ( I think his name was Doug) was very helpful, gave great advice.

  The store is always clean, friendly staff, great prices. My wife and I always go to the Mac store inside for her makeup. While there is a Mac Kiosk store just outside of Macys, we refuse to use anyone but Christopher. This young man knows his makeup, always has a huge smile on his face, and prides himself in treating his clients like royalty. Take a few steps inside of Macys and forget about the Mac box outside, you will be a client for life.
