  I love Macy's they so much stuff that u can buy they have kids clothes makeup products women clothes men clothes shoes for kids and for older people as well they have a lot of sales you can get everything you need in the third floor there is a backstage and they have so many things for less money it is amazing I love Macy's best store I have been

  Choice is good though plus size clothing is a little difficult to find in formal clothing section. Customer service is of good quality though there more wait time. Staff is helpful. Non sale items prices are a little high. One disadvantageous policy is it looks they do not accept store coupons on sale items.

  Went to the MAC counter. The guy that helped me was super sweet, did a demo on me and explained everything I would need to know about the foundation, along with some tips for flawless coverage. Great experience. I'm just sorry I didnt catch his name to give him a shoutout.

  I have been shopping a lot here and entirely stopped after I experienced for the first time racism! There was these chocolate machines that gave out chocolates for ratings and we won some candy for the first time. I hadn’t bought my bag and didn’t want to throw them in my pocket for fear of them melting in my pocket, I went and asked the counter people if it was ok to borrow a bag - a small and gentle no would have sufficed if it was their policy. But instead, this saleswoman there raises her eyebrows, makes faces and does not reply, next comes another lady who goes on to scream saying I shouldn’t be grabbing all the candy and that it was for everyone, she SCREAMS at the top of her voice! Atrocious! Every time the people in the counter make faces when they see that you are from a different community. There is no warmth, they chat and ignore customers. I just feel like this is the reason Amazon is taking over business from these store.
