  So yesterday, I decided to take myself on a little Shopping spree. I went to Macy’s twice. The first time I walked out I wanted a specific pair of sandals and I asked Theresa and she ignored me and then said no we don’t without even checking. So I leave and come back and hoped she wasn’t there, she was ! So I sit down for 15 minutes and she passed by like 5 times so I obviously called the manager for this poor service. If you hate your job so much Theresa, just quit there’s really no point in working somewhere that you hate. There’s people who would kill for you job even if it’s just st a department store. That’s why you get paid, to be helpful DUH, I will not be returning to this location.

  Great store. Sales associates are super nice. The store is very well organized and has great merchandise in stock. Very impressed.

  Jersey City Macy's is my least favorite Macy's to go to. Crazy traffic and very confusing to get around the area where the store is located. You have to pay for parking too. I had to ask another customer in the parking area which way the store was, since there were no signs clearly parking where to go. I only went here to pick up a dress for a wedding that was not available in my size at Macy's Willowbrook. In the future, I would rather order something online and have it shipped, than ever go back to this store location again! Horrible experience! I couldn't wait to get out of there,! If you have a busy life, don't,t waste your time!

  This Macy's is huge, and yet they manage to be so clean and organized, it is incredible. I had gone in this store to buy a business professional bag of some sort which I originally had a range of $150-$200 and came out with a good, quality bag for $50, which is incredible to me. The cashier who rung me up was one in a million who assisted me finding the right bag and adjusted the straps after the sale, and showed me how because I didn't know how to, all while having a great attitude and being so polite. I love this store and I look forward to shopping here again!
