  Macy's has a huge selection of casual, sporty, and evening clothes for men and women, and a decent section for babies, but there is very little if any for ages 2 through 18. They carry a large selection of housewares (kitchen, bedroom, bath), make-up, handbags, woman's shoes, perfumes/colognes, and lingerie. You can even buy a mattress although the selection is not that large. Most of the store is fairly organized, but there are areas (mostly sale and markdowns) that are in complete disarray--just a bunch of clothes shoved together on racks. I advise scanning price tags at one of the self-scanners to confirm the marked price, although to be honest when the price is wrong, I've found that in most cases the actual price is lower. Sales seem to be the norm, and at the end of each season prices are at an all-time low. Dressing rooms frequently look like they've been hit by a tornado, although I would blame customers for that more than the employees who struggle to keep up with shoppers who don't care how they leave things. Except for a few, the majority of the employees are very pleasant and will go the extra mile to help you, even so far as to find an unused coupon for you if you don't have one yourself. Macy's return policy is great. As long as: 1. the tag is still on the unworn item along with the item's "return" sticker, and 2. you still have the receipt (or used a Macy's charge card) for the purchase, it seems that you can return just about anything at any time. My only dislike is having to go to a cashier that is on the floor/near the area of the item being returned. A pain if you are returning several items from 3 different floors. Recommendation: If you wear adult size clothes, have time, and don't mind looking through a possible mess to find nice clothes at great prices, this store is for you.

  Macy's have it. Found many clothes. Polyester ,rayon, acetate. the material is poor quality mostly from china. U can't get that great material like years ago.what a shame..

  On, 15apr went to buy some ladies dress with my wife.After selecting the dresses went to to the cashier.She was very old lady and dealing with customer in front us for a long period of time,Then our turn came and she scanned all the dresses and i opted to pay cash and handover her $180.00.One of the $100.00 bill was old currency note , and her bill checking machine was not working, then she left us alone on the counter to check with other cashiers, after 10 minutes she came back and said , she can not accept the $ 100.00 bill. Why, because its old one.We are living in the great UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, and macy don't accept the old 100.00 bill, oh common, are you kidding me. If MACY HAS THE POLICY , THAT THEY DON'T ACCEPT THE OLD $100.00 BILLS, THEY MUST PUT A NOTICE OUTSIDE THE STORES.Then if some one has old us currency bills,they don't go shopping in Macys. Very disappointed with service and attitude of the Macys.

  This Macy's is just like all the other's. Not so easy to see right off of Route 110 in Melville, New York. Inside the Walt Whitman Mall. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance with Elevators. Items are at Market Price. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Nice Staff. Very busy during the holidays. Worth the trip. We will definitely be going back.
