  The staff were friendly, very well put together, professional and welcoming. The store was organized, labeled, and clean. The bathrooms are clean, big and well stocked. Basically, it was your typical Macy's.

  Love Macy's. This location is located at Horton plaza mall downtown. Plenty of mall parking available with validation. Macy's gives up to a free 2hr validation (purchase not required). Escalators and elevators available. Plenty of customer service representatives available. Lots of sales & clearances daily.

  I was looking at a necklace that was worth just above a grand and waiting for an associate to come help me. The head of the jewelry department walked over, saw that I was a young student and asked the person behind me if they would like to be helped. Clearly they don't want my business

  I would say 4.5, bought sunglasses and boots which were amazingly priced and good quality. Dresses were slightly difficult to shop, it was a much smaller collection.

  Nice Macy's department store. I found some nice items at decent prices.
