  I was shopping for boots and the sales person, Ms. Nicole, helped me 100 percent. The Tommy Hilfiger boots weren’t in the store in my size. She let me try one on that was a different color to see if that fit. That did and I was able to order what I wanted and it was shipped to my address. She even gave me a phone number that I could call her direct to let her know that I received my order or if I had any problems. Thanks Ms. Nicole

  For the most part I like Macy's very much but i was followed by an employee the entire time i was looking for an item on 6/2. Meanwhile, I had a Macy's garment bag from the purchase I had just made. I almost ran into her three times! It wasn't until i said to my mom on the phone that I was going to call corporate office, did she stop following me. If it happens again, I will not be back.

  Marian in ladies dresses is an angel. Big store. Large selection. A lot of customers! All in all, a good shopping experience.

  Great quality and tremendous sales. I load up at end of season for next year. If you take your time you can dress impeccably on a budget

  Friendly staff. Much nicer then the people at Macy's in GSP. Always manage to find dresses for my girls here. Good deal on ties. Pocket squares however are way over priced. Not a bad store all in all.
