  this store has macy's backstage. so this is the only store of macy's i visit. got everything under one roof.

  Pleasant staff helped with a return and on searching for an item I was looking for.

  I tried to return something and 2 clerks asked me to go to another table in the mens department. But I couldn't find anyone else. Macy's motto for returning items is "Easy returns". Their computer system does allow returns to be complete within a minute. However, they wasted my precious time.

  Macy's quality and prices are good. Lots of discounts. Well stocked, but this is not an overly large store compared to the Macy's in the Westfield Garden State Plaza. On the plus side, this store is easier to find your way around and parking is generally less of an issue at this mall. Three levels with furniture, home goods and Backstage on the third level. and women's clothing and shoes on the second level. First level has men's clothing, shoes, women's intimates, jewelry, leather goods, perfumes and some women's clothing. Macy's staff are always very courteous and friendly.
