  Standard Macy's store. Downtown Boston one is better at finding stuff.

  Don't bother. When I called to ask whether they sell tuxedo shirts, two different departments wouldn't pick up the phone. So I tried the "online sales rep for in store pickup." They had to ask three times what store I was calling for, but never could tell me whether that store sells tuxedo shirts. It's a wonder they ever sell anything!

  Among the cheaper supermarkets, especially in offer season. You can find some great value buys. Staff is okay.

  Great shopping! I found everything I was looking for and at fair prices. The missing star is due to the lady cashier that was sooooooooo slow.....

  I have shopped here when in Boston for business. Today the store was a disaster area! Clothes were strewn on the floor, displays were just piles of clothes in disarray....no order to the disorder. Is the store closing? Does Macy's management not care how the store appears to customers? Would not come back here! It is a mess!!!
