  Great customer service, very attentive. Took time to explain to us the prices in the flowers and seasons and gave us suggestions. Only reason I'm not giving 5 🌟is because when we picked up our order they ended up changing the color scheme and flowers to something basic.

  Macres always knows just the right flowers for the right occasion - and they help you stay in budget! Wonderful place - used them for more years than I want to admit!

  As with a la mutt's review, I always use local florists. Macres had some great reviews and I needed to quickly get an arrangement sent to a funeral. Tricia went above and beyond in taking great care of us! Not only did I get an invoice emailed directly to me, she took the time to take a photo of the arrangement and email it as well! They did a beautiful job on it!. She also sends an email confirmation of delivery, can't get any better than that. Just wish Macres was in Houston as I'd use them all the time. Thanks Tricia!
