  Very unprofessional. I would have rated this attorney 0 stars if given the option. I can not recommend him to handle a divorce or any family matters. I fired him for his malpractice. He does not return phone calls, emails, failed to notify court dates (2x), missed important deadlines and entered orders without consulting with me. Unfortunately, I had to retain another attorney to repair the damage he created. I was better off representing myself instead hiring Mr. Maccarini.

  Mr. Maccarini was appointed for our children and I couldn't have been happier. He was fair, consistent, knowledgeable and truly did want he best outcome for our children. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use him again if necessary.
