  Atty Macaraeg handled my wifes spousal visa application back in 2004-2005. Happily for me and my wife he did a good job. He was on top of our case . I was surprised that he had run into some trouble.

  This dude is a joke. He's been giving me the run around. Then today I found out all these people were suing him. I knew it. How do I get him back? Is he still in San Diego?

  What a piece of trash. NEVER go to this place for legal help. Don't wate your time, money , or effort. Find a REAL attorney who actually has your best interest at heart (well, find one who will at LEAST show up to your court dates, because this "man" will not!!!)

  Disclaimer: I can only express my experience with Chris Macaraeg. I cannot say if he is the same with other clients. In my experience, he is a minimalist attorney... He seemed to do the bare minimum in my case. Not all emails or calls were returned. My case was terminated by the National Visa Center 6 years in due to failure to respond to continuation request. Back to ground zero.
