    Anthony worked on my HID accessory fog lights... He repaired them a couple times for a good price and fair advice/service. New bulbs, one ballast I had extra, then added a new harness resistor on my 3rd visit. One of my lights is still not coming on consistently. Gave up on it. They also close at 5pm and start drinking, so not a good time to discuss any concerns.

    Miguel has tinted 3 of my vehicle. Had one issue but they were very accommodating to resolve the problem. Not everything can always be perfect but their willingness to make things right is the reason I will continue to be a customer.

    my headlights were tinted less than one year ago. When I returned home I thoroughly expected the car in fine light to find chips in my brand new car around the trim of the headlight from the box cutter used to cut the film. I also noticed in one particular spot on the headlight that had the potential to peel but wasn't very noticeable. I called the following day to find out if a warranty was issued for the headlight tint. The secretary yelled to Miguel on the phone who stated "one year." I made sure to save my receipt in a safe place! Here we are one year later and 4 different sections on the headlight peeled on the one headlight. I sent pictures to the secretaries phone and was given an appointment to have it fixed. I traveled one hour for Miguel to state, "one year? No maybe 30 days ah maybe 60 days 90 days but one year??" I explained I was told one year warranty on my weekend car that has Only has maybe 3.5k miles accumulated since the tint install. Miguel insisted rock chips or beams from the head light caused the tints to peel. I explained that each peeling area is along the edges of the headlight. my car is showroom condition and attends shows. There are no rockchips on the front end of my car. All and all my headlight tint was never replaced and this shop lost a customer as well as my brother, cousin and best friend who I referred for tints shortly after my work was done

    Worst Experience Ever!!! *READ FULL REVIEW* I read all the reviews before I brought my new 2017 Maxima for tints as well as a carbon fiber vinyl spoiler. The owner Miguel is nice as first but can be very rude very quick. I've gotten tints done in the past and know what to expect as in time and workmanship. I dropped my car off for tints and the vinyl wrapped upon receiving my vehicle i noticed extreme bubbles in the tints but didn't think nothing of it because i knew It needed time to cure, after 5 days gone by without opening my windows, none of the bubbles have gone away, Miguel states he has lifetime warranty, so he will replace them,. as for my vinyl wrapped spoiler, he obviously had no idea how to remove it so ended up scratching my trunk all around the spoiler area. He didn't even notice it until i had pointed it out, seeing how my car was only a week old he said he would have to remove the spoiler again to buff out the scratches. So now i have to go back to get the whole job re done. This time I drop the car off, and picked it up several hours later, to come to find out all he did was the 4 windows but not the back or the front strip on the windshield. When I arrive, he seemed stressed out and I start to wonder what happened to my car, come to find out that his worker accidentally scratched my front windshield when removing the old tints, and that he will have to call his insurance company to have the windshield replaced. Ask me to make a THIRD appointment to have the windshield fixed as well as fix the back windshield and the spoiler which have not been touched. I set up a third appointment, this time i dropped the car off Monday afternoon and told him I will pick up the car Wednesday night and everything should be taken care off. Wednesday I had to ask somebody to drive me to the shop so I can pick up my vehicle, come to find out he DIDN'T TOUCH THE CAR since the moment I dropped it off because he had no time and was on the phone with his insurance regarding my windshield. Meaning within the 48 hours he could not redo a spoiler wrap and a back windshield tint. and did not even call me to tell me he didn't do anything until i arrived to pick up what i thought was a finished job, He then went to ask me to make a FOURTH appointment for the windshield and a FIFTH appointment for the tints and spoiler. At this point I was furious because all these back and forth all for TINTS! i argued with him to just give me my money back and I'll take care of the windshield through my own insurance. He agreed, and told me to come pick up the check on Monday, take in fact it is Wednesday. I called Monday to see if the check was ready to get picked up, and just to be told it wont be ready till Friday now. Friday came and I went to pick up what i thought was a FULL refund, to find out it was only 2/3 of what I paid. He stated saying that there was no problem with the spoiler even though the double sided tape he used did not cure properly so started peeling off couple days after it was put on. Now this is the icing on the cake, i receive my check and go straight to the bank to cash it, to just find out the check CAN'T be cashed! I now had to return to the shop to complain about the check not being able to cash, and he said "oh give me a few hours till I put money in the bank and then go deposit it". After arguing again that I want my money now, he had his secretary go to the bank and deposit money so i was able to cash the check. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL SHOP CHARGING PREMIUM PRICES FOR POOR WORKMANSHIP AND MANAGEMENT! PLEASE SECOND THINK BEFORE YOU BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP, NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
