::Persistence. That is just one word I can use to describe the service we received from Charlie. Sit back, this is a short story with a good ending. My daughters 2008 528i would not start one night after work. We had it towed the next day to M Power Motors. Charlie ran the diagnostics and determined it was a faulty starter. He changed it and it started. That night same thing. It wouldn't start and left her stranded at school. Towed it back to mpm. Now it showed that a module was faulty and he replaced it. It started and on Charlies test drive it wouldn't re start and he had to get it towed back to his shop. I'm sure he was losing sleep over this. He called me and suggested we take it to the dealer because they have access to the worldwide database of mechanical problems. It actually started and she drove it to Niello BMW in Elk Grove. They kept it for six days and determined it was a bad starter. I called Charlie and he didn't agree with that but said he would honor his warranty and replace it. We had it towed back to mpm. He replaced the new starter with a new starter. It started up and the following day after she got off work, that's right. Didn't start! So, we know that Niello was wrong. We are now out of tows on our aaa card. Luckily her boyfriend had aaa and we had it towed back to mpm. The following day Charlie called me. His tone was different, almost like he had a smile of relief. He said he decided to ground the engine and it started. They put it up on the lift and found four motor mount bolts broken. The problem was that everything was grounded to the motor but the motor wasn't grounded to the chassis. It has been starting every time now. Whew! what a relief. Charlie was more then fair on the price as well. Thank you for your persistence. Yes I would recommend this shop for your BMW maintenance.

::Charlie & Brian are awesome! Both are extremely knowledgeable on BMW's. They are here to fix your car, not to steal your money like a majority of these BMW work shops. I recentley purchased a BMW and had issues with it misfiring. Made the mistake of taking it to BMW and was quoted thousands, took the car to multiple other BMW shops and none could pinpoint the problem and all quoted me in the near $1,000 range for their "assumptions" on what was wrong with the car. Within 15 minutes of taking it to M Power Motorsports they had diagnosed my car (vacuum leak) and replaced the part for only $150! It's truly a blessing finding this shop. If you're looking for quality, honest men, this is the place. So long as I own a BMW this will be the only place I take it to.

::Charlie and Brian are awesome. After you get burned at the dealership, this is the place you need to take you BMW. Their prices are more than fair. We take our 325i there every time we need a repair or routine maintenance. What I love the most is the personal attention. They do not rush me, and I feel as if I am not just a tool to keep their service bay full, which is how I feel at Niello. They show me the old broken parts that they replace which builds trust, and they often hook the car up to their scanner when I drop it off, giving me immediate service and making me feel special. I could not recommend them any more highly. I want to buy another BMW after we get rid of ours (which may be never) just so I can keep receiving this kind of service.
