  "Property manager" threatened to assault me for asking him to leave my apartment. Threatened me on a different occasion for standing outside. This place is trash. it isnt maintained. Property manager lives on lot 4 and likes to threaten people. Hit him up

  We have stayed at one of the Airbnb Apartments at this older property and found it safe and comfortable.

  Whoever you are thinking about moving in here don't do it because every trailer you move into comes with free roaches and free bed bugs the sewer sucks and I'll try to get you for anything and make you pay extra. The owner is a real slumlord don't move in here he don't care about nothing except collecting his rent if you have problems good luck on getting it fixed

  The manager is extremely nice and worked hard to help get us in a place.

  The Mobile Hones are in dire need of repairs the Park is run down in the Summer if it rains it's a flood inside the mold is terrible and the floors were rotting big sink hole under our place where we used to live where the sewer pipe separated from the connection to sewer save your self don't go there
