  Very clean and good accommodation for rooms and they're also charge very good amount for decent and affordable

  Well main comforter was either dirty or it appeared to have been unwashed for quit some time. Second layer cover was even worsier cause with color was faded and also had bleach spots and shouldn't have been used at all. No air conditioner which was very disappointing cause it was a hot day in Oakland during stay. But it was quite and the room itself was very big and spacious.

  Well the room was big very spacious of course there were a few issues bed top comforter was nasty it had a dirty look as if it hadn't been washed in a while. And the 2nd bedding cover was old faded with bleach spot that shouldn't have been used at all.

  I like the small features such as fridge (wasn't as cold as you'd think), microwave and DirectTV. I wasn't able to connect to their free WiFi for some reason, but I was fine using Xfinity hotspot. The room is nice, however it does show some wear and tear. Parking is small but I think it covers the small amount of rooms they have for rent. Overall, for someone who just needed a place to sleep the night, this was affordable and worth it. I'd come back!

  I really like the owners Mike and His wife Roma. Every time I've been to their establishment it's been nothing but respect, but then on the other hand I got arrested at their property for a warrant and The owner Mike flipped the script on me completely after being a good customer for the last 3 years! I'm not upset or mad but you dont do a good customer like that!
