  Just bought an 2007 Honda Pilot in February 2018. By far, the easiest car I have every purchased. I bought my vehicle at the 16th street location. Dinah is in the office and is a wonderful individual. Customer service is top notch, they are honest and down to earth. Before buying my vehicle at the 16th street location, we did look at the other 2 locations, because they were bigger lots. I would never buy anything from the other two lots. Those trolls are lazy and the customer service is marginal at best. Ill be back, to the 16th street location though, no doubt

  They sell at reasonable prices, but you have to really check the vehicle out before you buy to make sure you know what you are getting. They are not a new car lot by any means, meaning their cars are used and cheap for a reason. Can be a little over priced on some things, but have bought 2 cars from them and they have honored thier end of the deal. Pleasant to deal with and they must be doing something right, because they have opened 2 additional huge lots in the area in the last 3 years. So they continue to grow and sell like nobody's business.

  Average Used Cars Sales business. Office folks were pleasant, but never saw a salesperson despite wandering the yard for 30 mins.

  Came with my own financing, and got a great deal on my car. Called ahead of time before driving a couple hours and they held the car for me. I made sure to check the vin. One of the owners Mannie helped me out. He ran the carfax after I drove it. And I had it checked out by the Honda dealership before purchasing it. Had small defects and things to fix on the engine such as a O2 sensor. But for the money I saved it was nothing! Would buy again if I found the right deal.
