  Very friendly staff. The room was o.k. I found dried blood on one of the fresh towls hanging from the shower rack. It looked as if the towls were washed but someone must have gotten blood on it while cleaning the room. Besides that it was a good stay.

  Beautiful hotel, steps from Rodeo Drive. Location is fantastic as well as friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent service. Fast check in and check out. Rooms are clean and bed was so comfy. I still remember the best cappuccino l ever had. If could l’d give 10 stars. Amazing location and service made my stay in LA very memorable

  I’m having a hard time getting over the mandatory $70/couple “club” fee. Sure you get free drinks, wifi and breakfast, but I’m not a real drinker, wifi should be free and the breakfast is only so so. I’d much rather just pay for my drinks and go out for a good breakfast. On the bright side, the staff is outstanding, the hotel is super clean, and the location can’t be beat. I just hate hidden fees!

  Gorgeous exterior and interior. My wife and I decided to go on a little Beverly Hills vacation. We were treated like royalty. The food was excellent and the luxury was much needed.

  I stayed here during my quick trip to LA. It’s the kind of place you just catch a vibe at. It’s location is unreal right on Rodeo Drive and all the high end shopping and it has fantastic in hotel amenities like restaurants and bars with great views and atmospheres. The staff couldn’t have been any more professional and did everything in their power to make my visit remarkable!
