  I'm a salon junkie, and I've had all kinds of haircuts, some great, some not so great. I've been to Lux before and had a great experience, and wanted to try it again. I went with a junior stylist, and received what was easily the worst haircut I've ever had -- chopped, ends destroyed, all of it. I ended up going to another salon to have it repaired, and he needed to take off more than an inch to simply undo what the first stylist had done. While I don't want to damn the whole salon because of one stylist -- and I'm hesitant to name her as I don't know if she'd have the chance for rebuttal, which seems only fair -- I would highly recommend going with a senior stylist and not taking any chances with a less experienced one. I'll never make that mistake again.
