  One of the getting hard to find nice little shops in Manhattan. Beautiful products and friendly customer service in a low pressure let the wares seduce you themselves environment. Just try to leave without picking out a piece to take home!

  Elise is so talented at what she does, and she is sweet and lovely as a person. I approached her for some custom jewelry and she actually took the time to meet with me and show me references and explain in detail how the pieces would be created. Rather than simply agreeing to make what I asked, she warned me that the rings I was asking for (with a super thin band) would realistically be too fragile for everyday wear. This enabled me to make more informed decisions about my pieces and in the end made for a pair of rings that perfectly strike the balance between elegance and everyday wear! Asking the right questions to figure out what someone actually wants is what I consider an awesomely professional experience and Elise does this in a kind and compassionate way. I recommend checking out the beautiful store as the pieces are one of a kind and expertly crafted. And meet her if you can - I could listen to Elise talk about her passion for gemstones and deep knowledge of her subject for hours!

  Fantastic place. I come into the city about twice a year and Lunessa is always on my checklist of places to visit. Their earrings make up probably half of my collection... I have green amethyst, swarovski crystals, hand-cast bronze, and more! Such a treasure box of a store. Highly recommended!

  Elise, the owner, does an amazing job. Not only coaching kids on beadwork, but making everything easy for parents. Yes, it's pricey, but she supplies absolutely everything except the cake -- kid-friendly (but organic) snacks, birthday candles, paper plates. And you don't have to do party bags since each kid gets a necklace and earrings or bracelet to take home. It's quick, painless, and pretty.

  Highly recommended!!! I went there to get a present for my girlfriend's birthday.They have an amazing endless collection plus the prices are right.The staff was super helpful and didn't push me to buy.They worked with me to find the best present I could ever find.My girlfriend loved her present. I'll defiantly go back there. Thank you
