  The worst service EVER!!! I was so disappointed with how Gilbert treated us and was overcharging us on rentals. Every time we cut something out of our order he will come back with another estimate with a higher price from the first estimate and it would take him three weeks to get back to us. Then when we were trying to close the deal he went missing or gave my wedding planner the runaround. At the end his assistant told my wedding planner, sorry we do not have what you want and it's going to cost you more to get it now. Two months away from my wedding and they did this to us. Now I have to go with plan B.
