  The salespeople were very helpful when I was there. Very nice merchandise, and a pleasant atmosphere. I bought several items, but it turned out I was not able to use the merchandise. When going back to the store on my behalf, my husband learned that policy is that they will not issue a store credit after 14 days. (We had been out of town from the time of the purchase until he went back, which was longer than 14 days).I was very disappointed, because I'd have been glad to get something else. The staff left a message for the manager to call me the following Monday. She did!! (Responsive!) She was super nice, and she was glad to have me come in and select new items (rather than give me a credit). That's fine with me! It caused us a bit of angst that not all of the staff knew the policy, but the call from the manager fixed everything. I am impressed with the turnaround about my concern, and am very happy to both shop there and recommend the store.

  I was rushing around Bethesda row trying to throw together a last minute date night outfit and I had the doors closed and locked on me 9 minutes before the store closed
