::Brought my husband for chest pain and we were told that there is an 8 hour wait time to see a doctor. During those 8 hrs they are doing exams etc… but you still can’t see a doctor! Seriously the government needs to do better regulations in the hospitals. People think they’re going to get the help they need and that’s not the case. Don’t waste your time coming to this hospital.

::I would've given 5 stars but the wait was horrible however, aside from that, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They kept us informed while we wait and they were pretty thorough. I ended up staying overnight in a room. I want to give a shout out to some of the staff whom names I can remember, Ms. Rose, Ms. Monica, Eden Latoya. I truly appreciate how they went above and beyond for me. My stay was very comfortable and they were very attentive like majority the staff. They even made it comfortable for my husband since he wouldn't leave my side lol. I would go back if needed.

::I want to take some time to shout out the Doctors Community Hospital. From the Emergency room to the main hospital. The care you gave to my mom was exceptional. Bedside manner, concern and empathy for my mom is congratulatory. Round the clock nurse check ins, doctors check ins awesome!!! Fourth floor team you rock!! Shout out from room 480! Thanks again for taking care of my mom who is the rock in my family! The only concern I may have is that the ER wait time is a bit long so maybe the team can have a meeting about fixing that issue. Maybe triage nurses could check in on patients in the waiting room as they wait could be a possible solution.

::If i could give Dr. Binnur Genec 0 stars I would On Friday, November 4th, around 10:30am, i went to the doctor community ER for a plethora of experiences ranging from body aches, GI symptoms, etc.( 11/03, i was last seen at my primary physician for what my doctor to believe is an ear infection & a swollen lymph node). As treatment, i received amoxicillin. I would like to note the nurses and staff were extremely kind and patient which was the only good thing at my experience at this hospital. Once the doctor, Dr. Binnur Genec, stepped in, everything turned for the worst. She spent 5 minutes assessing my issues. I complained on multiple occasions of this bump behind my ear (the swollen lymph node). She then checks my ear and bump and claims under her medical profession that i do not have an ear infection and the bump i have is a bruise. While i understand doctors can come to different conclusions, and I cannot confirm for myself whether i have an ear infection or not because I cannot see my inner ear canal, I can see my bump and i have been monitoring my bump due to the pain. Additionally, a bruise is medically defined as: broken blood vessels phenotypically appearing with blue-black discoloration. That was not apparent on my head (see photo attached). She was adamant about my bruise. But i question her line care as she hurries to discharge me. I try to follow her logic by questioning if I have a bruise, and for some odd reason that I can’t recall falling to obtain such bruise, i must have fallen and hit my head. As a doctor or any human, the next logical evaluation is checking for further head injury or concussions. But as i question this, she instead tells me that I gave myself a bruise from rubbing it (irritation). Which i know i don’t even have the strength to do. She becomes very angry at this moment, and gets in my face and mentions how disrespectful I am for questioning her. Then I argue back that I need further elaboration because as she is not going to take care of me or incapable to do so, I should seek additional care somewhere else and I need to tell my future care providers what she has told me. Then as she tries to discharge me and try to fight for myself, i ask the nurse why did i bother coming here if I knew I had a bruise. Then comes the offer of additional pain killers. But only after I’m in tears from stress and more strain from this unknown bump. Other issues i have: my medical history was not updated: 5+ years ago i found out i have a lot of food allergies, after attending immunotherapy this list was lessened . No one asked my current allergies or medication (besides the antibiotic i was on), i got my results via the portal regarding my blood + urine results and clearly indicates of a UTI that i was not informed (she mentioned she would call if anything were to come but she never did), but i did receive a call 10 mins after asking how I would be paying for my visit. A service i regret attending. I’ve never been one to file a complaint about a doctor nor have I received such low care from anybody in my life. And it is my belief, shared by others, that even if a physician is unable to provide curative treatment, you should at least be able to walk out better than you came in. I cannot say the same. I walked out worse than I came in. A physician that knows that their patient is unwell, and whether I hurt her ego or not, unprofessionally gets in my face and argues just because I wanted more details and understanding why she defines my alleged bump (now disputed by 2 physicians) as a bruise? I’m appalled Dr. Genec was my provider. I’m not sure if the person or machine who prompted to provide a phone number/this email will actually do anything of my horrible experience at the ER of doctor community hospital. But I really really really hope for your other patients and future patients that Dr.Genec provides a better service and bed side manners than what she gave to me.

::I must change my review. I received a nosocomial infection. I have unresolved upper and lower G.I. bleed‘s. I was on a ventilator for multiple days due to sepsis. I have a clot into a bad stick in my right hand that is painful and prevents it from working. The nurses are kind of powerless. The interventionist at the MICU are arrogant. One came very late to see me yesterday and told me of the plan to treat the clot with heparin despite my active bleeds. When I expressed my concern he left immediately and said he would return later. He never did I am also covered with bad sticks. I’ve asked to have a G.I. doctor fix my upper and lower active please Dash please PLEEDS04 space before they give me heparin for the bad stick watch. Clock. No one will listen to me. The nurses say only the interventionist can request a G.I. consult and they refuse to speak with me. Please help me I am so weak if I bleed out again I will die. I have two active please since the day I arrive that are unresolved. The G.I. doctor gnosis this but But he was a covering doctor that day so not part of the normal staff. I am at my wits end and my family and I are extremely afraid and do not understand why no one will help Update. I have been off the vent for several days but still do not have a meal plan. I am dehydrated and my ear and output is very low. My lips are chapped. Please help me
