  I ordered a Hope Suspension fixture by Luceplan on behalf of a customer in July 2016. The clear plastic panels on it are cracking and falling off. This was a $3000 light fixture including shipping and specific lightbulb. When I called Lumens they offered to sell the customer more panels. I realize that Lumens is not the manufacturer, but I would have expected more support for such an expensive fixture which is less than 2 years old

  Pretty store, with lots of interesting items to look at and discover. The staff seems knowledgeable and friendly. Plus it looks great at night, with all the lights in the window, it is definitely a good anchor for the heart of midtown.

  Exceptional selection of very contemporary pieces. A bit pricey. Web site has exhaustive list if all products.

  Order a lamp as a Christmas gift, it was supposed to arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Few days later I received an e-mail stating that it would ship at the end of January! what???? i bought it as a Christmas gift. After that I send several emails to customer service and never received an answer. I contacted them over the phone, nobody was willing to help. This is unbelievable and the worst customer service I have ever received.

  A lot of cool stuff Definitely worth taking a look Staff is very friendly and not your typical sales person, pushing you to buy something Great store to give you ideas 💡
