  Robert was the most fantastic sales person I have encountered at a retail store. he was beyond helpful and assisted me with my project when I had no idea what I was doing! Thanks again Robert!

  I've gone in several times through the course of the year and I am never disappointed with their service. Sales rep Francheska is very knowledgeable, helpful and always very professional. I've redone my floors, purchased a butcher block and a few other projects. No complaints about anything I've purchased, very pleased with their products.

  I had a horrible experience with this location they caused me a huge inconvenience upon pick up they did not tell me that I had to be there as I was the original card holder for the deposit and would not release my merchandise when I sent someone to pick it up. I dealt with numerous rude people over the phone they seemed confused discombobulated and unwilling to assist in a professional friendly manner. This was a horrible experience I will never ever shop here again I won't get into Any more detail as there are too many things that occurred that made me unhappy customer with this location
