  This feedback is based on an order I placed with this store, raw walnut butcherblock countertop secured with a 50% deposit. They failed to deliver four fridays in a row. They have a truck coming in from vendors every friday. They made me look very unprofessional in front of my client. Last friday they reassured me it will definitely make it to the store this friday. I called in the morning, and they said yes, its on the truck, but the arrival is a bit delayed. I came in around 5pm to pickup the slab, but they calmly said “It wasnt on the truck” I am a very positive person, but there has to be a valid excuse for this type of business. This one star is a huge overrating. This store doesnt deserve even one star. This review is a warning to others, allow at least four weeks of lame excuses.
