  I was in over the weekend and the place was packed! 2 of the 3 guys working touched in with me several times. Very friendly guys!!! They knew their stuff , will be back when I’m ready for flooring.

  Horrible service!! Last Friday, I went into the store. Picked out what I wanted and then got a bid for just the install. Then I'm told they have record of the items I picked. I've asked them to send me a full bid....a week later and I'm still waiting. No one wants to help...beware if you go here!! It will be my first and last time. You're better off waiting for a sale at Lowe's.

  They sold us toxic flooring two years ago. Our two children have been crawling on it since we installed it, apparently exposed to 3x the recommended formaldehyde limits. The CDC says that up to 30 people out of 100,000 will likely develop cancer due to this flooring. I called them to ask what they were prepared to do, and was offered an air quality kit (which I'd already asked for). I said I wanted to get the flooring out of my house and get something safe in there, but he refused to offer me even a slight discount, even going so far as to say that he would be fine with his own children having this flooring. Avoid at all costs everyone, it's not worth it.
