  This evening I went to the store around closing time. I thought the store hours would be extended due to the Christmas season. I parked right in front of the store and just before I walked up to the door a women knocked on the door and was let inside. As I approached the door, a salesperson said to me through the storefront window “we’re closed!” As I looked through the window I saw 5 to 7 customers in the store including the women they just let in before me. As I got back into my car, I saw two other women walk up to the store and they were also let in after “store hours.” Although I’ve been wearing lululemon for years, I will never shop in that store again! Just rude! Apparently, they pick and choose who they want in their store!

  By far THE WORST shopping experience I've ever had. I felt uncomfortable looking at products in the store as well as trying them on because I was being watched every second. And even when I made a purchase, the cashier was still rude. I like Lululemon's products but experiences that I've had at this location and the Brookfield location has made me decide I will not support a brand who hires an entire staff of rude and judgmental people. This was an experience with multiple employees and multiple locations, so it is not an isolated incident.

  The clothes are great; I love lulu. However, the customer service is awful. The workers are disrespectful and rude. They criticize a customer's body, refuse to help, and have terrible attitude. I was blamed for an item's defect. They said my thighs rub together causing pilling in the fabric. Keep in mind my thighs don't even touch. Im very petite. I cant even imagine how someone would react to these comments if she or he had lower self esteem. Every other lulu store has been wonderful. Only in Milwaukee was I so disrespected.

  I can only speak on the mens side but their designs have gone downhill. Too many graphics. Adults like simple and clean. And their supply does not meet their demand. When I do find a store that actually has the color and size I want im very surprised. And their online catalog is terrible. If I cant find something in store i should be able to go online and order it but they are always out of stock of everything. Lululemon would have alot more of my money if I could actually purchase what I want instead of them always being out of stock. I do like their clothes...when I can get them...but im losing patience.

  best fitting and most comfortable clothing i've ever worn. If my work (and wallet) would allow it, I would only wear lulu 24/7 365. Every item I've tried on or bought there has been a perfect combination of practical, attractive, comfortable, and classy.
