  The experience i had was reported to the company. The manager was unprofessional, rude, and downright a nasty guy who says they dony get paid enough to deal with us, I'm not sure if he meant the customers, women or black people but i will never step foot in this establishment again. They do not know how to treat customers, the headquarters has taken my complaint in writing and the latest i heard, it was being forwarded to make lukoil more aware. Either way, i cant use my local gas station because the men there (didnt see any women working there ever) were rude, accused me of scamming them. BE WARN USED THIS STATION AND YOUR CARD MIGHT GET CARD 100 DOLLARS. the charge is refunded but if you dont have anything in your account other than like 20s for gas, it wont allow you to purchase. I showed the store supervisor which told me it was my card but its not. any other gas station i can get gas no problem it does not try to charge me 100$ every time i do a 6-25$ gas transaction. Instead of admitting its how their gas station is with certain cards, i was physically stop from leaving by the supervisor. Verbal attack by the store manager who threaten to call the cops if i didnt leave, with my car on e and nothing in the tank.they were suppose to help me, im not violent or mean i was a paying customer in need and they simply did not care which showed in their customer service. I use bank of america, a very common card.I hope lukoil will care enough to reprimand this branch but after that experience i don't think they will.
