  I’m bringing this review down to 2 stars now. I have been coming here for about two years now, I was satisfied with my manicures/ acrylic every time I walked in here. Owners did change but you walk in and even if you make an appointment you’re waiting, I waited up to 30min to be seen and then they try to hand you off to a total different technician, they also rush and look flustered when people walk in. the owner told me he needs to supervise the store he cant always do nails, and I told him well I only like the way you do my nails and I won’t pay for someone who isn’t doing it right, meanwhile I tried about 4 different nail techs, but it’s always a problem, I walked in less than a week ago I decided to do acrylic. Turned out to be the worst idea because they couldn’t even do the design I wanted, on top of that none of my Nails are connected to the actual acrylic so everything is creeping under it. The sign that is posted when you walk in the store clearly says acrylic $25, and they still insisted that it’s $35 and that’s what I had to pay with an attitude as if I haven’t been a loyal customers. I have worked jobs that come with Tips so I always tip no matter what but I was very disappointed I didn’t get what I wanted and while I was getting my nails done they wouldn’t stop telling me that I should do SNS and why am I doing acrylic like jus do what I ask for. I’m usually very laid back but it’s not hard to tell when they talk about you in there language which I find rude, all jobs come with negatives save it for when you get home. I am a 1min away from here which is why I settled but I am done and will no longer put my hard working money in there pockets. It’s a nice looking place but the quality is not there i can care less for the spa music and the fake friendliness I want my nails done right especially if I’m gonna pay $40. I will drive 10min out of town where they charge $20/$25. Good luck Lucky choice.

  After the last time I got my nails done at my previous salon I was fed up. The acrylic as well as the lack of care for your actual nail by the nail techs there ruined my nails and I just wasn’t satisfied with the quality. I’m originally from NYC and since moving to Westchester it’s been a struggle finding a good nail salon. Today 1/12/18 I visited lucky choice Lucy did my full set after convincing me to get the SNS powder gel manicure. She explained what is was and why it was better than acrylic. I had never heard of SNS before and was impressed with the level of patience and skill it took. Lucy also did my eyelashes extensions it wasn’t the greatest experience but not because of anything she did. Sometimes beauty is pain. Anyway this is the first time I’ve gotten eyelash extensions that I didn’t feel like I had lashes and glue constantly scraping my eyeballs every time I blink. The lashes are beautiful and for once comfortable. Lucky is choice is pricey but I was happy to pay for the quality I received.

  Great friendly staff, clean equipment. Never too busy for you. My number one choice for SNS nails. Their colour selection is overwhelming!!

  Eric has been doing my nails for years. His wife and him are true professionals. Not only are they excellent technicians but truly believe in great customer service. They want everyone to leave happy. Their prices are fair and their services exceed the service of all the other salons in Westchester. As a result, they are very busy! Appointments are necessary if you want a particular technician and are not willing to wait more than a few minutes. Quality takes time! I've never been disappointed after Eric or Grace has done my nails. This is a local business providing quality service to its community.
