  I went to Lucky Brand yesterday when it opened. Once I walked in, I was greeted right away by the woman working. She asked if I was looking for anything specific and then brought me directly to that section and helped me find my size and style. She also told me about all the sales. Pleasant experience. I will be going back.

  The store manager was extremely rude. I could have wandered the store for an hour without her asking if I needed help. I came back a week after I bought one pair of jeans to get a second pair because I was told I had 30 days to get 50% off the second pair, and the manager would not honor that since they had a new promotion going on (not my fault another employee mis-informed me)...I will not be returning and probably won’t buy another pair of lucky jeans. Pretty sad that this all came from a manager who is supposed to be setting a good example for all employees. I’ll be honest I really like the jeans I bought, but hey - there’s plenty of other brands that sell a nice pair of jeans.

  Love the clothes and the staff is very helpful
