  Update: Second visit yesterday (Friday lunch) and this place just gets better. We couldn't sit outside - that's just for weekends, apparently (Lucille's, please consider extending that to Fridays too!) - but the indoor section was lovely, and the food is just WONDERFUL. Fried green tomatoes, scallops, chili biscuits, all complete winners. Lovely friendly service and a drinks menu that was almost impossible to choose from. I'd add a star if I could :) Original review: Yes please! Got invited to a last-minute brunch and wasn't sure what to expect at Lucille's, but it certainly wasn't a glorious big sitting space out back with shaded seating, kitchen garden, and covered bar area. What perfect place for late-March brunch! Our party of four tried four different dishes and a number of drinks, and there wasn't a dud amongst them. Service was attentive and friendly and there were so many fabulous-sounding items on the menu that it was hard to choose. Highly recommended!

  Great lunch spot with delicious food. The servers were friendly, attentive, and prompt. We opted to try most of the sides tapas-style and non disappointed: the chili biscuits were buttery and just the right spice, brussel sprouts were crisp and savory, and the baked mac and cheese was divine. Others in our party vouched for the shrimp and grits, too. Overall, a great dining experience!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my Sunday brunch at Lucille's. The shrimp and grits were good, but I wanted a little more salt in the grits before added the reduction sauce. My fried green tomatoes were pure perfection. My husband was not crazy about his fish for 2 reasons. What kind is it...still a mystery and the corn meal batter is super light...which didn't allow for the chicken to be fried hard. Our drinks were great. We would most definitely go back just to try some other items

  I miss this place so much. Darn you Harvey! This is the first anniversary we haven't spent HERE over 8 years. I miss Juan -my favorite bar tender. I miss the atmosphere, the staff, the food. I hope you guys open back up soon!

  Found this spot in a random brunch article and the menu looked pleasing so we gave it a try. Glad we did as the staff was very friendly and helpful. Brunch drinks were great with a special shout out to Woke Punch (very spicy). A very diverse brunch menu ranging from multiple Eggs Benedict offerings to shrimp and grits or even a burger. We sat out in the back garden and in early spring this was a true pleasure.
