  Poor customer service. I was formerly a member of Lucille Roberts in Massapequa, which then turned into the Fit Club which is now NYSP. I have been trying to cancel my membership since August. Lucille Roberts of RVC, is directing me to cancel through a Gym that no longer exists! So now I am still being billed monthly because no one is able to figure out how to cancel my membership.

  I absolutely love this gym! I've been a member for some time and I have definitely made progress. The spin classes are awesome; I also love Renita's class. Awesome selection of equipment; most of the equipment is new as well. The staff is so sweet and helpful. The manager, Christina, is super friendly and knowledgeable. It's a fantastic gym and really affordable.

  I've been going to this gym for a few years now, and it's been great seeing it progress! I signed up for training sessions, with Sara, and it was the best decision I made. I've been a member of many gyms, and had many trainers, but I have seen the best results with Sara. She pushed me past my limits! The workers are kind and friendly, and it is refreshing to work out in a gym with a "no judgement" motto. As someone with a heart condition, I take working out very seriously. It is great to know that when I'm at Lucille Roberts, I'm safe and comfortable in their environment, and able to get the most optimal workout that I can.

  Extremely clean and nice space. Everyone is very respectful, both staff and members. One employee and trainer in particular, Sara, is very helpful with the equipment and exercises. I go here almost every day and wouldn't go to any other club. They've made getting fit such a good experience!

  The staff are amazing. They are very sweet and so welcoming. They motivate me to work out harder everyday. Their new machines are great. The classes are awesome. SPIN is absolutely amazing! Sara & Victoria are so friendly & sweet. ... the best gym!!
