::I've been a member at Lucille Roberts for over 10 years. However, I just started coming to this location. For the most part, you get what you put in regarding the workout. Lucille's is most popular for their classes. Their equipment isn't your most up to date and this site doesn't have a big selection of machines. I love this particular site because they have plenty of free parking. I also love two of their instructors, Tammy and an older woman who knows how to give a total body work out during the morning. You would think because its the morning it wouldn't be so crowded, but those classes fill up quick so grab a spot and get your work out on. I love that it's mostly women and I am satisfied with the club.

::I'm very disappointed and appalled by the way members are treating the younger generation of members in the Zumba classes. There are a group of your members that are Forceful, Deceptive, and will use Violence to intimidate to push a woman out of the Zumba class because they want the class all to themselves to control the very first row placements. Many ladies have stop comming to the Zumba classes because of this. I have been personally attached, pushed and hit by a specific member in the front row, i can personally point out this member for you. Please get back to me. And WORST.... Some BLACK LADIES WHO GO TO THIS RALPH AVE LUCILLE ROBERTS ARE RACIST AGAINST THE COLOR OF MY SKIN. YES..this is the God honest truth.

::The gym needs new equipment asap. I asked them when are they getting new equipment about 3 months ago and they said by the end of the year. I went on vacation and about a week ago i asked and now it next year smh. The staff is very nice but the equipment looks like it’s from the 90’s. WHEN ARE YOU GETTING NEW EQUIPMENT!!!

::I would give a 5*, however I feel there should be better equipments. The manager, Shante is very motivational and encourages not only physical suggestions but also nutritional suggestions to members. The assistant manager, Erica is very helpful also. Erica is an inspirational because of her weight lost journey including healthy eating. The classes are wonderful! I enjoy each and every class. I look forward to the summertime when I am able to attend the classes in the mornings and the evenings. I do hope that they are being paid top salary because of the years of experience and expertise they have. The cleaning of the facility is very clean compared to what it was like before she started working. As I've said when I started my review, this gym needs more equipments and also better maintenance. On numerous occasions I have seen a man come in and working on something but he seem to spend more time sitting down than actually fixing things that need to be fixed. For example, there's a piece of metal that has been sticking out of the ceiling of the class area for almost 2 months and it's still not fixed. Also, one of the ceiling fans in the class area hasn't been giving air for the month. There are machines that has been out of commission for weeks and they're not being fixed. I hope this has been helpful.
