  Food was cold not very good . Very expensive

  Not too many people come here & quality of food is poor at least I could enjoy their ICE TEA but now even their TEA is really watered down! Guess I won’t visit here any longer!

  Today 01/05/2018. took my elderly 75 year old mom, for a dinner date that honestly turned out to be the worst decision in choosing to go there, customer service, is beyond terrible, made us wait in line till they felt like coming to see what we needed, can go as far as checking your Damn cameras, so you can see how long we had to wait, then was rudely attended, was the first time I went to that Luby's on ingram, will be the last, since I think the one on Las Palmas is more friendly and courteous, very bad service!!

  DO NOT GO HERE I ATTENDED A MID DAY LUNCH WITH MY FAMILY FOOD ON THE LINE WAS NOT READY BUT YET THEY CHARGE ME 30 PLUS DOLLARS MY FOOD WAS BROUGHT TO ME AFTER I TOLD THE MANGER WORKING RUDE APPROACH MY TABLE AFTER THE FACT MY FOOD WAS AT MY TABLE WITH MY CHILDREN THATS THE LAST THING I WANTED AFTER EVERYTHING THE WAIT STAFF DID NOT HAVE A VOICE MIND YOU HE HAD SAID SHE WAS DISABLED WOW YET SHE IS WORKING SHE SEEMED SICK TO ME AS IN A COLD AND WAS BREATHING ON ME AND MY NEW BORN BABY ! LIKE I SAID DONT GO HERE ! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS PEOPLE!!!!!!!
