  We reserved a private room for a gathering for dinner to Celebrate my sister's birthday and they are twins. 72 years young.

  The server in the line tried to tell me there was no kids menu and then asked how old was my daughter. I told her she's 10 and she wanted the chopped steak. The server again said there's no kids menu so I asked for the manager. The manager spoke to me and told me they do have a kids menu, I told her that's not what the server said. The manager asked my daughter's age and I told her 10 so she looked at the server like what's the problem. Some people can be so rude!

  This was my Thanksgiving dinner. Angus chopped steak not cooked. Threw the raw meat in trash after I spit out first bite. First time to Luby’s and I won’t be returning. Also the broccoli casserole was horrible. The stalks of broccoli were hard and not anything like I’ve ever experienced. Mac and cheese sub par.

  This used to be one of my favorite places but it's almost like they are losing their desire to serve good food & good services! I don't want to lose our Luby's y'all are & were better than this! Oh and I miss the Rice Crispy Cookies!!

  I have lived in Texas for seven years but have never tried Lubys. Tried it for the first time today and pretty much what I expected I had the chicken fried steak and it was very good wouldn’t say it’s the best one I’ve ever had but I don’t have anything negative to say about it. All the food looked really good
