I spend a lot of time in home improvement stores and the customer service here is great. Knowledgeable, friendly staff makes you feel at home.

My wife and I ordered a gas range and dishwasher from Lowe's over a month and half ago and just now received the appliances. Through this entire process, we have had nothing but miscommunications from them. They changed their delivery dates on us 6 times and each time we were the ones who had to call them to find out that the delivery date had been changed. They never initiated contact with us about the changes, with the exception of an "automated email" that gave us a date that no one at the store new anything about. Each time we called, they would give us a different answer or in one case, no answer at all. Some people said that our products were lost, others said they were in the store ready for delivery, and some of them couldn't find our order even after we gave them our order number. Several employees promised they would return our call after checking on the oder status but they never contacted us again. The only ways that we could get any straight answers from anyone was to talk directly with a manager and to walk into the store and demand an answer about what happened to our order. When we went into the store, the employee mentioned that they had had to re-order the dishwasher and were encouraging us to pick a different one of the same value. After we refused to switch dishwashers we demanded that he check the warehouse to make sure that the dishwasher was in fact not there. He went back and found out that our dishwasher had actually been sitting in the back of the store for quite a while. It had the correct order number but it was listed under the wrong name. Once they actually found our dishwasher we had re-schedual the delivery and the "earliest" time was two days later at the end of the day even though at this point we had been waiting for well over a month! Once the delivery was scheduled I never received a call from them to confirm the time frame so the afternoon of the delivery date I called to see what time they were going to deliver the appliances. They told me that my name was not on the list of delivery orders at all. So I explained the entire fiasco again to the manager and found out that it was still in the back and that it still had the wrong name on it! When we finally did get our appliances, the delivery man said that he couldn't take our old dishwasher away even though we paid for it to be hauled away. I believe many of the issues did occur because we ordered our appliances online. The employees kept mentioning that Lowe's had just updated their online ordering system, and because of that, they couldn't track our order correctly. The only positive thing that did happen in this experience was a manager gave us a small credit back because of all the complications. However she then proceeded to ask me for the credit card info to pay the remainder of our order and couldn't tell me the exact amount that we owed in the first place. Overall this was a colossal failure on their part and I will never be ordering anything major from the Midwest City store again.

Really good layout and nice store. Friendly staff for the most part, but two of the first employees I asked for directions to something looked completely clueless. They could have been new, so I'm not condemning them, just took me a while to find the 5 gallon buckets and door handles.

Found what I needed without help because there was no help. Self check out was fine. Like finding things very little help. Self help store I guess

Loews is one of those stores that tend to be pretty consistent across the US. I remember this store seemed to have fewer employees when I needed some help but we got that fixed with a new system of paging and only took a little patients of mine to get me what I needed. I almost never remember the names but the gentlemen was kind and sufficiently helpful!
