  This store is bad - never enough employees and the few they have are busy talking and laughing with each other. Checking out is a nightmare - No cash registers open only self service checkout which doesn't work if you have large items.

  The employees here are super helpful, and the selection is both plentiful and diverse. This time, I went shopping for shelf liners, no-damage wall hooks, electrical outlet adapters, and drywall anchors. There were many styles, sizes, and colors to choose from for all of these.

  Friendly help finding lawn equipment. Cashier helped update our info for Military discount. Salesman helped bring heavy pressure washer and a lawn blower to car. We're both seniors and hubby handicapped. We always go to Lowes first. Seldom leave without what we need.

  It's Lowe's hardware store. There is no elevator cause it one story. The staff is always good when I go there. I do shop there one a month. For something. Love the self checkout.

  If you don't know exactly what you need and where to find it when you get here, probably just go to Home Depot. This is the second time I have found the last of an item and it didn't have a barcode. In that case, just take a picture with your phone and the associate can key it in at the register. Also, this location doesn't rent moving dollies. Even though their website had them listed as a provider. It seems like they'd rather not be bothered. I don't think I'll bother them again.
