  Store is neat and organized, which is great considering there is no one on the floor to help you with anything.

  First off I went over to customer service and waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I finally approached the counter I received a horrible attitude from Carolyn, an older tired lady. I asked her why she gave me an attitude when I was nothing but nice to her and she was completely dismissive. When I told her that I wanted to return a vanity that couldn’t fit in my bathroom she said that she can’t return it because I used it and I explained to her that I only took it out of the box and it couldn’t fit. She then said and I quote “these customers get on my f****** nerves and how much we have her f****** up. She then threw my money on the counter and threw a pen at the Receipt that she slammed and said sign it. She was extremely rude and disgusting to me and something should be done about this.

  Very helpful staff. I went in the gardening section and the employee that day( I think Christian) helped me to find the item I was looking for and which was on sale. He was looking with me for it for about 10 min without giving any. bad reaction or gesture.

  Employees on FaceTime - nothing in order I was just in the Lowe's in Bayonne New Jersey, looking for concrete anchors. Almost everything on the concrete anchor side of the Shelf was nowhere near the price tag and it would like everybody just put packages wherever a fit. Packages would go from a 1/4 inch,to 1/2 inch, to 3/8, to 5/8, nothing was in order. So finally after 25 minutes of searching I found what I needed hidden behind another box and of course I could not find the price so I just left. Also as I spent 25 minutes in the aisle looking the girl that works assuming in that department was going through drawers was FaceTiming somebody on the phone the entire time didn't ask anybody in the aisle for help and when people ask her for help it was an issue This has to be the worst lowest I've ever been to
