::The people here are pretty nice and helpful, though it can take a while to find someone who can help you. The store it typically clean and well organized, and the parking lot is usually not too full or crowded.

::Went to buy a toilet. It was very hard to find someone to help us since it was 85 lb we had a hard time lifting it and putting it in the cart ourselves. The cashier was very nice and the young man that helped this ticket to the car was also very nice. It was not one of our more pleasant visit

::I was looking for a lock box so I could provide a key for contractors to do work on a rental property. An employee brought me to the right area, but the people tasked with working that area were not at the desk. The head cashier was recruited to help and she was able to find the lock box location on the computer and also to make a key for me. Then she continued to help others in that area. An excellent person with a take charge attitude. But the person who should have been at that desk never showed up while I was there.

::This place is hit and miss. ..one day you are escorted to what you need and the next the employees act stupid. UPDATE : I NO LONGER SHOP HERE. I NEEDED SUPPLIES TO LAY A CERAMIC TILE FLOOR. THEIR EMPLOYEE WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT HE SOLD ME 3 TIMES WHAT I NEEDED! ALL OF IT WAS RETURNED AND I WENT TO HOME DEPOT INSTEAD.

::Absolutely worst customer service. I called before going into the store. Asking if they had a certain gas range in store, to be picked up. They said they had two. When we got their, they said unfortunately they only had one. (Which was fine) But it was a displayed model that was banged up, missed a griddle and for full price. Waited for customer service in appliance for about an hour. For someone who actually knew about the product, or to even order online. Needless to say no one showed up. Frustrated and angered we left the store. No one even bothered to suggest of ordering it online. So, we left and went to Home Depot. Not saying Home Depot is any better, but they did offer us to order it online and receive next day delivery for free.
